2017 campership Application

A campership is a grant that will pay for part of your son's camp fee.  These forms need turned in to us no later than February 20, 2017.

Sarris Easter Candy

In order to give our Scouts every chance to earn money, we are offering Sarris Easter candy for sale.  Click on the link below for the order form.  Also remember that we have boxes of Sarris candy bars available for sale.

Gift Card Program
The gift card program is a yearly program to earn money for your Scouts.  We buy the gift cards you want and get a rebate on the cards purchased, and that is our profit.   The rebate is the percentage next to the Company on the order form   Here is an example:  Eat n Park has a 10% rebate on a $25 gift card.  You buy the card for $25 and earn $2.50 in a rebate.  I have been using this program for the last 10 years to help raise money at Madonna Catholic Regional School without a problem.  All orders need to be prepaid.  There are many more retailers than I have on the order form.  Just go online and let me know what you want.  The turnaround time on physical cards is about a week.

Summer Camp 2017

We will be at Camp Freedom, Concord campsite.  The dates are July 10-15, 2017

The cost is:  $360 per Scout and $190 per Adult if paid in full by April 1

Starting in 2017, camp pricing and price breaks will be based off when full payment is made.

At Registration

“Save a Space Deposit” - $5 Per Cub Scout Camper, $20 per Boy Scout Camper, $25 per Eagle Base Camper*

Now until April 1

Pay in full by April 1 to receive lowest (Early Bird) camp price.

April 2 to June 1

Pay in full by June 1 to receive regular camp price.

After June 1

Pay in full after June 1 and receive the third (Late) camp price.

* Units have until April 15 to apply names to “Save a Space Deposits” with no penalty.  Following April 15, all unused “Save a Space Deposits” will be cleared and deposits will be forfeited.*

Refund Policy

o Submitted from April 2 to June 1

? Camp Seph Mack, Camp Liberty, and Camp Freedom: forfeit $50, balance of fees refunded

o Submitted after June 1

? Medical or School Reasons:

? Submitted with note from doctor or school within 30 days of camp week

o Missed five or six days: forfeit 25% of camp fee, balance of fees refunded

o Missed three or four days: forfeit 50% of camp fee, balance of fees refunded

o Missed one or two days: forfeit 75% of camp fee, balance of fees refunded

? Refund request submitted more than 30 days after camp week or without note from doctor or school No Refund

? All Other Reasons:

? Request submitted 30 days prior to camp:  Forfeit 35% of camp fee, balance of fees refunded

? Request submitted less than 30 days prior to camp week:  No Refund

As of June 1, the Troop is responsible for paying the full camp balance of all Scouts who have registered.  Due to issues that have occurred in recent years, if you do not have your full camp payment in by May 22, 2016, the Troop will cancel your registration and refund your balance.

Our meeting room is located at the corner of McKean Ave. and 7th Street in Charleroi.  Look for our sign above the door.  We meet on Mondays from 7:15 P.M. to 8:15 P.M.
